Job description
Job Summary
The Plant Operator at our Gurnee facility plays a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery critical to manufacturing processes. The operator will ensure that production continues efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment and operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs for performance evaluation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to protect team members and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize production output.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
