Job description
**Job Title: Janitorial and Equipment Operator**
In this role, you will be responsible for executing both light and heavy cleaning tasks within a manufacturing facility, while also evaluating the condition of the premises for potential hazards and necessary repairs. You will occasionally serve as a substitute operator for milling, packaging, and baler machinery as required.
The position mandates experience with skid steers and one to two years of experience in an industrial production environment. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and must demonstrate mechanical skills along with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
