Job description
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supervising all aspects of warehouse functions, which encompasses budgeting, labor management, and upholding safety and cleanliness regulations. This position involves leading and nurturing the team while systematically enhancing operational processes to achieve customer service and productivity key performance indicators (KPIs). Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or management, along with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role also necessitates the capability to work in extreme temperature environments and to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 40 lbs.
