Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within an industrial facility, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all machinery and equipment. This role involves strategic planning and implementation of maintenance programs to optimize production processes while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to enhance equipment performance.
- Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to production activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations of maintenance programs and recommend improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and tools.
