This role requires close collaboration with the service team to ensure the smooth execution of work orders while achieving set sales objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in parts and service sales within the heavy equipment sector, along with excellent mechanical understanding and communication capabilities. A college degree in a relevant business or technical discipline is necessary, though relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
