**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative**
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and service solutions for Caterpillar equipment by nurturing customer relationships and offering technical repair guidance. This role requires close collaboration with the service team to ensure the smooth execution of work orders while achieving set sales objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in parts and service sales within the heavy equipment sector, along with excellent mechanical understanding and communication capabilities. A college degree in a relevant business or technical discipline is necessary, though relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
