Job Summary
The Inside Sales & Procurement Representative is tasked with overseeing both new and established accounts while collaborating with external sales teams to enhance business growth within the Factory Built sector. This role also includes managing inventory restocking, engaging in price negotiations, and offering technical product assistance to both branches and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate with outside sales to drive growth in the Factory Built channel.
- Oversee the replenishment of inventory.
- Engage in negotiations for pricing with customers and suppliers.
- Provide technical support for products to branches and customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the building materials sector.
- A bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
