Job Summary
The position of Instructor – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Baylor College of Medicine in Shenandoah, Texas, is targeted at individuals with a passion for teaching and expertise in the medical field. Responsibilities

- Contribute to academic committees and participate in departmental initiatives.

Qualifications
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
- Advanced degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training in a clinical or academic setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and the educational needs of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teaching.
