Job Summary
The Insurance Producer works closely with financial advisors to assess client insurance requirements and execute all-encompassing risk management plans. This position encompasses overseeing the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, analyzing needs, securing policy placements, and sustaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with financial advisors to determine client insurance needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to policy placement.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Life and Health Insurance License is required.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in insurance production is necessary.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance illustration software is essential.
- Experience in wealth management or with Registered Investment Advisor firms is preferred.
