We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Insurance Sales Executive specializing in Employee Benefits to join our team within the Business and Commercial Insurance sector. This position offers a salary along with commission opportunities, plus a three-year income transition plan for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing profitable insurance relationships with both prospective and established clients.
  • Building and sustaining professional connections with crucial internal and external partners to uncover potential customers for insurance offerings.
  • Driving year-over-year revenue growth by acquiring new insurance clients.
  • Performing comprehensive analyses and offering strategic advice on business insurance options.
  • Clearly articulating the insurance value proposition to both new and existing clients.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits business development.
  • Group Health license for Employee Benefits.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Compliance with state and federal regulations as well as Bank policies regarding business conduct.
  • Life and Health License.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professional grammar and demeanor.
  • Ability to display enthusiasm and confidence in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving performance objectives.
