Additionally, they manage the daily operations of the store and address any escalated customer service concerns. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a preference for individuals who have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A 2 or 4-year degree or comparable experience is necessary, along with excellent communication abilities and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
