Job description
The Store Manager plays a key role in directing the sales team to achieve production goals while mentoring team members to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, they manage the daily operations of the store and address any escalated customer service concerns. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a preference for individuals who have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A 2 or 4-year degree or comparable experience is necessary, along with excellent communication abilities and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
