Job description
The Store Manager plays a vital role in enhancing store performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving production targets. This position involves guiding, training, and mentoring a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants should have a background in leading and developing successful sales teams and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A minimum of a 2- or 4-year college degree is necessary, and a Property and Casualty license is desirable.
