Job Summary
The Intake Attorney will engage with potential clients to evaluate their legal issues, formulate case strategies, and select the suitable litigation team tailored to their requirements. This position emphasizes the development of client relationships and comprehensive assessment of cases, as opposed to overseeing a standard litigation caseload.
Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective clients to understand and assess their legal situations.
- Identify appropriate case strategies based on clients’ needs.
- Determine the right litigation team to address specific client matters.
- Focus on building strong relationships with clients while assessing cases.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active California Bar license.
- Extensive experience in family law or civil litigation is required.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- A strong ability to analyze and evaluate complex legal issues.
