Job description
**Intake Specialist**
The Intake Specialist acts as the main liaison for patient and provider inquiries, ensuring the precise input of medical orders into electronic medical record (EMR) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role involves working closely with clinical staff and insurance teams to verify that all documentation adheres to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in healthcare intake, medical facilities, or durable medical equipment (DME), as well as those who are skilled in digital documentation and the Microsoft Office Suite.
