**Job Title: Intensive Case Manager**
The Intensive Case Manager offers psychiatric support and therapeutic interventions in the community for adults experiencing severe mental health issues. Key responsibilities entail performing client assessments, overseeing a caseload, coordinating various services, and delivering crisis intervention when necessary. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma, an associate degree, or a bachelor’s degree alongside pertinent experience in mental health. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, and the capability to work autonomously.
