**Job Title: Program Manager**
The Program Manager will spearhead the marketing services initiative, guiding a team of six and handling vendor relationships to enhance commercial outcomes. This role entails the creation of annual and three-year strategic plans, refinement of program processes, and ensuring seamless integration within the company’s technical infrastructure. Applicants should possess a minimum of seven years’ experience in agency or program management, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a pertinent discipline is essential, coupled with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
