Job Summary
The Interactive Teller plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by facilitating banking transactions using video and telecommunications technology. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct banking transactions through video and telecommunication channels.
- Balance teller stations to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Promote and cross-sell a variety of banking products and services.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect customer information and bank assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Approximately 19 to 23 months of relevant experience or training is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software is necessary.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Capability to perform tasks that require repetition while maintaining focus.
