**Job Title: Design Consultant**
Design consultants are tasked with delivering tailored interior design solutions while effectively promoting and selling Ethan Allen products to achieve specific sales targets. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, conducting in-home consultations, and leveraging digital resources to oversee design projects. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in interior design and a high school diploma, although a bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline is preferred. Additionally, strong skills in digital floor planning software and proven sales strategies are essential for success in this role.
