Job description
The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, handling transactions for sales, loans, and extensions, as well as ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within the store. This position includes managing daily retail operations such as opening and closing procedures, and engaging with customers about pawn items. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal applicant should be self-driven, capable of multitasking, and will need to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
