Job Summary
The Internal Auditor plays a crucial role in overseeing and evaluating the organization’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. This position is vital for planning and executing audits related to financial, operational, asset management, and development processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s processes.
- Conduct thorough audits of the financial, operational, and asset management practices.
- Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of accountability and results-oriented practices.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to drive results.
- Or, an equivalent combination of experience and education that meets the required qualifications.
