Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel, which encompasses front office activities, housekeeping, and food and beverage services. A primary focus of this role is to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction while overseeing the financial health of the property.
Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel operations to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance through accurate forecasting and expense control.
- Provide leadership in the development of associates.
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of property standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, or
- A 4-year degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or
- A 2-year degree accompanied by 3 or more years of experience.
- Strong financial management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
