**Job Title: Retirement Plan Investment Advisor**
Deliver expert investment advisory services related to retirement plans, specifically 401(k) and 403(b) programs. Serve as an investment advisor representative, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations within the industry. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in retirement plan investment advisory, along with a Series 65 license or its equivalent. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be actively seeking relevant professional designations such as CFA, CPFA, or CIMA.
