Job Summary
The Investment Professional is responsible for spearheading deal teams in identifying, assessing, and executing buyout and growth equity investments, alongside managing the due diligence processes. This role also involves overseeing the performance of portfolio companies, aiding in the implementation of value creation strategies, and presenting investment proposals to the Firm’s Investment Committee.
Responsibilities
- Lead deal teams in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Execute buyout and growth equity investments while managing due diligence.
- Monitor and enhance portfolio company performance.
- Assist with developing and implementing value creation plans.
- Prepare and present investment cases to the Investment Committee.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is required.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Experience within the investing community is essential.
