The associate will execute daily transfer agency operations including investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, and payment processing while maintaining accurate investor records. They will also act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to service-level agreements. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of hands-on transfer agency or investor services experience in a regulated financial environment. Strong operational knowledge of AML/CFT requirements, data controls, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven setting are required.
