Oversee daily transfer agency operations, AML/KYC controls, reconciliations, reporting, and operational risk, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Lead and develop the investor services team, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and drive audit readiness and process improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of transfer agency or investor services experience, including at least 2 years supervising or leading a team. Candidates should have strong operational and AML/CFT knowledge, experience with transfer agency platforms and controls, and the ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
