Job description
**Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)**
The Senior ISSO is responsible for delivering onsite assessments of cybersecurity, coordinating vulnerability scans, and managing system security documentation for the MPCO. This role also involves supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) procedures, handling incidents, and recommending technological advancements to boost operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, which includes six years within a Department of Defense (DoD) entity and three years as a staff action officer. A Master’s degree is mandatory, or alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree coupled with eight additional years of professional experience. Furthermore, candidates must hold an IAM Level II certification.
