Job description
**Quality Program Manager**
The Quality Program Manager is responsible for spearheading the establishment and ongoing management of the Quality Management Program, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and performance benchmarks. This position includes conducting internal audits, carrying out root-cause investigations, and promoting ongoing enhancement efforts within technical operations. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of quality assurance experience, with at least 3 years within a federal or defense contracting setting. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory for this role.
