Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst II position focuses on supporting the data and operational needs associated with Medicare and Medicaid. This role is situated onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, and is structured as a six-month contract that could lead to a permanent position. The primary objective is to analyze and document the requirements of users and business functions to enhance system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify and collect requirements from users and analyze business needs.
- Document functional specifications and assist in system design processes.
- Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of project expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Alternatively, a total of eight years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
