Job description
**Job Title: IT Director**
The IT Director will spearhead the organization’s technology strategy, planning, and fiscal management, while also supervising IT operations, cybersecurity, and business continuity efforts. This role entails guiding a team of IT specialists and cultivating partnerships with technology vendors to ensure that the systems effectively facilitate the firm’s legal services. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline along with a minimum of 8 years of increasingly responsible IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Exceptional executive communication abilities and the willingness to work entirely on-site in Las Vegas are essential.
