Job Summary
The IT Engineer II is responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of enterprise-level Linux server environments, which encompass physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing AI-driven IT operations by developing artificial intelligence-compatible infrastructures and using automation to increase operational reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux server environments across various platforms.
- Support AI-enabled IT operations through infrastructure development.
- Leverage automation tools to improve service reliability.
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting for networking issues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT.
- An associate degree or equivalent technical education is required.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.

- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and networking skills are necessary.
