Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist position is focused on the upkeep and support of essential IT systems, workstations, and network infrastructure at the launch site, ensuring that all systems are ready for operation. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software problems, while delivering prompt technical assistance to the engineering and launch operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support critical IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure operational readiness at the launch site.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
- Provide timely technical support to engineering and launch operations teams.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting equipment and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in industrial field environments to uphold IT systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or systems operations is required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
- Ability to work in challenging physical environments and execute required physical tasks.
