Job Summary
The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhering to high-quality standards. This role is critical in coordinating project teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus.
