**Job Title: IT Support Analyst**
The IT Support Analyst will deliver helpdesk assistance and desktop support, which encompasses hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and network diagnostics. Additionally, they will oversee user account management, execute physical moves of computers, and offer premium support services to executive staff. Applicants should possess 1-5 years of experience in helpdesk and desktop support settings. A solid understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and hardware troubleshooting is essential, along with a polished and professional attitude.
