Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist located in Hood River, Oregon. This role focuses on overseeing account administration and addressing escalated issues related to infrastructure and specialized activities within complex networks. The specialist will also be responsible for the maintenance of systems documentation, as well as the engineering and administration of IT systems and frameworks related to cybersecurity.
