Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Network Administrator to become a key member of our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves overseeing various network infrastructure components and ensuring their optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, cybersecurity professionals, and on-site personnel to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our network systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure components.
- Perform routine system maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve network issues.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives to protect network assets.
- Provide technical assistance and support to users as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a master’s degree.
- Cisco ISE Specialist certification is preferred.
- Experience in supporting U.S. Military networks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
