This role includes the development of technical documentation and conducting root cause analysis to address ongoing issues. Applicants should possess a background in IT or technical support, exhibit excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing AI tools for research and documentation purposes. Additionally, candidates must be capable of working autonomously.
