Job Summary
The Technical Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation of the site by managing hardware, software, and network systems. This individual is tasked with maintaining the integrity of data security and backup processes while supporting end users and guiding junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the site’s technical functionality and ensure seamless operation.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Administer data security measures and backup protocols.
- Provide technical support to end users to resolve issues effectively.
- Mentor and train junior staff to foster their professional development.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role or related field.
- A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- MCSE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
