Job Summary
The primary role involves guiding and enhancing a team of licensed Retirement Consultants to deliver exceptional client service and achieve outstanding performance. This position emphasizes the need to convert strategic business goals into practical, executable plans while ensuring a robust risk management and control framework is upheld.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Retirement Consultants to achieve high standards of client service.
- Translate strategic initiatives into practical plans for the team to implement.
- Maintain a strong environment for risk and controls within the operation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of experience in the financial services industry.
- At least one year in a leadership position.
- Possession of active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- Capable of obtaining Series 9/10 and CRPC or CFP designations.
