Job Summary
The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas. This role is essential for promoting a healthy and safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors. The cleaner will perform a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that spaces are clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
