Job Summary
The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all staff and visitors. This role involves routine cleaning duties and requires attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, ensuring common areas are well-maintained.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
- Maintain supplies inventory and report when stock needs replenishment.
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols to provide a healthy environment.
- Respond to emergency cleaning requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
