**Job Title: Senior Manager**
The Senior Manager directs an internal automation team dedicated to the design, integration, and validation of automated manufacturing solutions, while overseeing capital planning and engaging with stakeholders across various functions. This role entails evaluating existing manufacturing processes to spot opportunities for enhancement and guaranteeing that all automation initiatives adhere to safety, quality, and financial constraints. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in automation and controls engineering. A strong background in leadership within a regulated manufacturing setting, particularly regarding capital planning and vendor management, is essential.
