Job Summary
The Journeyman Application Developer plays a crucial role in delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance, addressing incidents, and improving the ServiceNow platform. This position involves working in tandem with various teams to convert business needs into effective technical solutions, while ensuring system reliability and thorough documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the ServiceNow environment.
- Resolve incidents and enhance the platform as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure maintenance of system stability and comprehensive documentation throughout the process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in application development.
- Possession of an active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow configuration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
