Job description
The Junior Compliance Officer plays a vital role in aiding the investigative objectives of the Department of Homeland Security by executing I-9 audits and engaging in worksite enforcement tasks. Key duties encompass entering data, carrying out database inquiries, and preparing audit documentation that supports administrative enforcement measures. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of an Associate degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate excellent analytical and communication abilities, along with the capability to secure a Public Trust Clearance.
