**Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Manager**
Oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on applications, modules, and workflows to align with business needs. Deliver technical assistance by resolving issues, tracking system performance, and developing customized reports to enhance service efficiency. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of ITIL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization, with a preference for those having over two years of experience in End User Computing applications.
