Oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on applications, modules, and workflows to align with business needs. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of ITIL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization, with a preference for those having over two years of experience in End User Computing applications.
