Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to design electrical control panels and systems tailored to client specifications. The position involves the preparation of submittal packages and electrical schematics, as well as delivering technical support to customers. Additionally, coordination with panel shop personnel is necessary to guarantee quality assurance and effective construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer electrical control panels and systems according to customer needs.
- Prepare comprehensive submittal packages and detailed electrical drawings.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers as required.
- Coordinate with the panel shop staff to ensure quality standards and proper assembly methods are followed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the design of electrical control panels or building automation systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including relay logic and PLC programming.
