Pick up supplies and parts from vendors, and perform repairs, maintenance, and parts replacements. Review the preventive maintenance schedule to support equipment longevity and follow OSHA safety codes for chemicals and electrical equipment. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC is a plus; candidates should also demonstrate good judgment, effective decision-making, communication, and the ability to complete work accurately and efficiently.
