Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter will take charge of the complete technical recruitment process for engineering teams, encompassing sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, and negotiating job offers. This position involves collaborating closely with engineering leaders to outline role specifications, develop interview structures, and monitor recruitment metrics to enhance hiring procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end technical recruiting process for engineering roles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline.
- Manage candidate interactions and guide them throughout the recruitment journey.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with candidates for a successful onboarding experience.
- Partner with engineering leaders to clarify role requirements and create effective interview plans.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to refine hiring practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in machine learning, robotics, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven skill in outbound candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering leadership on recruitment strategies.
