Job description
The Junior Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in equipping the operations team for manufacturing by overseeing pre-production setups, conducting training, and ensuring the stations are ready for use. This position involves managing process validations, performing station audits, and leading ongoing improvement projects such as 5S and Kaizen. Applicants should hold a High School diploma and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production setting. Essential skills include expertise in assembly operations, understanding quality standards, and the capability to train team members effectively.
