Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting to ensure work meets standards, stays cost-efficient, and is completed on time. Manage and evaluate vendors, monitor quality and policy compliance, coordinate with branch operations, and report key performance indicators to regional management. At least two years of management experience is required, with fleet maintenance experience preferred; ASE certification and/or a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Candidates should understand vehicle maintenance and collision repair, demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, and independent decision-making, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and be able to travel up to 20%, work flexible shifts, and meet the stated age, work authorization, and weekly availability requirements.
