The Junior Sales Representative manages the entire sales process from the initial customer interaction through the close of escrow. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, demonstrating homes, documenting transactions, and monitoring sales office operations. Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of related experience. A valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and proficiency in MS Office and sales applications are required.
