Job Summary
This position is focused on delivering outstanding customer service by helping clients with their purchases, responding to their questions, and ensuring orders are processed promptly. The role also involves maintaining the branch’s visual appeal, overseeing inventory management, and effectively promoting company products through successful up-selling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their purchases and inquiries.
- Efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the appearance of the branch to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage inventory effectively to support store operations.
- Promote and sell products using up-selling techniques to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Must be able to pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
